Because I love you all, I added in a bonus.

When I started focusing on taking care of myself, nourishing my body and stopped obsessing over the scale. The weight started melting off, literally 🫠.

On average I was losing between 50g -100g PER DAY!! Not per week, but DAILY.

Focusing on Anti-inflammatory nutrition and combating insulin resistance. (BTW... my personal grocery list that does exactly this- let me know if you want it 😉)

Those were the 2 main things I needed to heal. I wasn't exercising (period), or walking 10k steps. If I'm being honest. I was very sedentary.

Yes my weight fluctuates, Duh! Im human.

What Im saying is. There are more important things to obsess over than weightloss. Yes it sucks to feel self conscious and uncomfortable in your own skin, I get it, Im 153cm 🤏 and although 75kg may be someone's goal, for my composition its very uncomfortable.

So, I stopped setting weight goals.

My goals are simple. More importantly they're realistic and aren't based on the world's perception.

I'll share my goals, if you share yours. 👇👇

If you're overwhelmed by all the PMOS advice online, start here. 👇

I'm going to break it down for you in 6 simple questions.
Ask yourself and actually answer these

1. What am I currently eating?
2. How regularly am I eating?
3. How much am I moving?
4. How am I sleeping?
5. How stressed am I?
6. What is my actual goal?

If you can clearly and concisely answer these questions without negotiating the answer. I can promise you will find the right place to start building your ideal strategy.

🔖Save this for the next time the internet hits you with an information overload.

Save this for later 🌸

I went back through my cycle tracking app Flo Health App and compared my cycles from 2020/2021 to my current cycles in 2026.

And the difference caught my attention.

In 2020, my cycles were 27 to 45 days.
In 2026, they range from 26 to 31 days.
My average cycle length decreased by approx 7.3 days.

This changes the game. 🏀

So why am I sharing this?? 🤔

Because this information matters. And it reminded me why I so strongerly believe women need to understand their bodies instead of just waiting around for their next period.

Your cycle length gives you clues about your menstrual health and ovulation patterns. But more so, it tells you exactly what is happening and when.

Its giving you important clues about:
🔅Expected ovulation
🔅Your hormone health
🔅Identifying your fertile window
🔅Noticing patterns over time.

If you're navigating PMOS or Trying to conceive, understanding this pattern becomes super valuable 💰🌟

But here's the thing, having a more consistent cycle doesn't actually confirm ovulation or prove that every aspect of your hormone health has improved.

Tracking gives you information.
Understanding that information helps you ask the better questions.

Please don't go obsess over every symptom or force your body into a textbook cycle. ❌️

Start by paying attention to the patterns.

This is why I keep coming back to education. 👏👏Womens health doesn't have to be confusing. We just need to start breaking it down.

Its so easy to get caught up in the tickbox ✅️ exercise of what the ideal lifestyle plan should look like.

Checking off things like
◻️Did I work out enough?
◻️Did I eat below my calories (Don't even get me started on this)
◻️Did I do 10k steps 🥱

Having a complete lifestyle overhaul isn't meant to make you live around a "program".. I cannot even begin to tell you how often we see this. Lives revolving around a "weightloss journey" or "Fitness journey", where the journey becomes your life. Not a component that makes life better. Its so sad to see how much pressure women put on themselves.

There is nothing wrong with striving to reach a goal. Having the discipline to stick to your promises.

But when it takes over you life, that's when it becomes an idol.

Don't forget why you're on this journey. Whatever it may be. You're here to have a fruitful and prosperous life. Not one consumed by the world's standards. 🩷

Navigating the world of hormonal imbalance and PMOS can be really daunting. You have information overload, you have no idea where to start and everyone that you talk to seems to know whats best for you.

I know first-hand which is why I want to be the voice that tells you all the things that nobody ever told me.

🧡😉

Navigating the world of women's health can be so confusing and stressful at times.

But if theres one piece of advice I could give you that no one gave me.

Simple is better.
Dont over complicate things.

Simplify your routine, your habits and even your goals.

Stop trying to 'fix' yourself like you're broken. You're not broken. You're wonderful. You're doing too much.

Simple. That's it.

I'm sure you're familiar with the phrase "less is more".

The formula is Simple.
Strength training, recovery & consistency,

Intentional movement + intentional nutrition = sustainable lifestyle.

Stop overcompensating. Trying to earn your rest or food. The goal isn't to be perfect, but to be fruitful.

To have a good life. Nothing less.

To the couple in the waiting and trusting season. 🤍

This is for you. The promise is yours. The gift is prepared. However in due season, the Lord will bring it to pass.

God is not a man that He should lie.
Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said and will He not do?
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

PMOS is not just about willpower.

Many women are trying their absolute hardest while battling:

insulin resistance

inflammation

hormonal imbalance

fatigue

stress overload

Your body is not broken. It needs support, structure, and understanding.

21/05/2026

PCOS is now increasingly being referred to as Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) — because this condition affects far more than just the ovaries.

Women are dealing with:
✨ Insulin resistance
✨ Fatigue
✨ Inflammation
✨ Weight struggles
✨ Hormonal imbalance
✨ Mental burnout
✨ Fertility challenges

Your symptoms are real. Your body is communicating.

Healing starts with understanding what is ACTUALLY happening internally.
