At Rugga Skills Rugby Academy, we believe the most important thing we build isn't just rugby skills, it's belonging.

At Rugga Skills Rugby Academy, we believe complete players are built through attention to detail. That is why we constantly revisit the fundamentals, monitor progress, and reinforce the habits that matter most.

This week, we are asking a simple question:
Are both hands still equal?
Because the strongest rugby players are not built by doing the easy things more often. They are built by doing the important things consistently.
Count the reps. Check the standard. Fix it early.

This week at Rugga Skills Rugby Academy, our focus is on one of our biggest non-negotiables: passing off BOTH sides.

Every session starts left before right because complete rugby players must be confident and capable on both sides of the body. From a young age, our players are taught to develop balance, coordination, decision-making, and confidence through repetition on both sides.

We do not allow players to avoid their weaker side. That is where growth happens.

The player who can only pass one way limits their options. The player who can use both sides becomes adaptable, confident, and game ready.

At Rugga Skills, we build complete players through deliberate habits taught consistently over time.
