NOW Netball Western Cape Now Netball is a extra mural activity for kids 3-9 years old. Now Netball is founded on a love for children and a passion for Netball.

NOW NETBALL is a extra mural activity for kids 3-9 years old that has a fun curriculum and is structured form of activity where kids can learn necessary skills such as coordination and agility. Netball is an important sport in most schools and most girls would like to participate, but while our boys are being developed in team sports at a young age our girls are being left behind. Team sports help

young girls realise self-worth outside of their appearance and direct their focus towards more rewarding goals. Learn our daughters to interact with peers and learn empathy for others

Can help ADD kids be more focused, less impulsive and much happier

Learn the CORRECT netball skills while having lots of fun in a safe, loving environment

Being active not only promotes good self-esteem but also keeps kids healthy

Children will participate in one Netball day per quarter where parents can be part of the fun and where each child will receive a certificate

Every child is important and has a place in Now Netball and improving necessary life skills and building self-confidence is a very important part of what we do
