NWU Soccer Institute Juniors The NWU Juniors Programme is an academy for football.

The football academy will be focusing on the development of raw talent to a well-rounded footballer and be prepared
for professional football. AIM AND PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

1 Player development: Helping young players reach their potential in football, and
everyday life
2 Training: Providing regular coaching and training sessions, and access to
specialist advice, equipment and facilities.
3 Com

petition: Training for and competing in competitive events (local, provincial,
and national).
4 Collaborations: Link the programme with different professional clubs and as
such we expose our players to professional world of football.
5 Culture: Building our own players to be able to compete in all aspects of life
