Understand one thing, fitness is a journey and not a one time thing. If you really want to keep fit, then you’d really have to be consistent. If your goal was to lose belly fat and you don’t maintain your body after that, it’s as good as nothing. Also, be kind to yourself, know that it might take someone a year to reach a certain body goal and 3 years for you. Focus on your personal progress while taking inspiration from others, not pressure.
