MEDIA STATEMENT : MAHIKA CHAMPIONS FC ABC MOTSEPE STATUS ON SALE
The Management of Mahika Champions FC met on Tuesday, 19-August, to reflect on the past three seasons and to pave the way forward. After a true and an honest cogitation, The Management took a decision to take a sabbatical break from participating in the ABC Motsepe League for the upcoming season.
It is with great disappointment and regret to inform all our Loyal Supporters that Mahika Champions FC will not be participating in the ABC Motsepe League for the 2025/2026 Season. The decision has also been communicated to all the other stakeholders, including The players and The Technical Team.
It must be noted that the decision to withdraw from further participating in the ABC Motsepe League was not an easy one but it is a necessary decision. However, The Management wishes to also mention that, the decision to withdraw from participating in the ABC Motsepe League in the upcoming season does not mean we are also completely withdrawing from contributing in football. The decision to withdraw from the ABC Motsepe League will provide us with another opportunity to look at where and how we can best contribute in local football.
Following the decision to withdraw from further participating in the ABC Motsepe League, The status of Mahika Champions FC is now on sale with immediate effect for any interested party.
