We received little gifts for our birthday with little sayings on to show how much they appreciate burpees and the hard core exercises we do 🤣

Today, 8 years ago, we held our very first class at Centurion Hospice, and what an incredible journey it has been!

A heartfelt thank you to every single member who has been part of our story over the past 8 years. Your support, dedication, and trust have meant the world to us. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your fitness and wellness journey.

We've shared countless workouts, laughs, challenges, and achievements together, and we couldn't have done it without our amazing Fit Squad family.
