Let’s walk! Because parkrun isn’t about speed! 🫵💚

Did you know that the "run" in parkrun is entirely optional?

Whether you are aiming for a personal best or looking for a peaceful morning stroll, you belong here. parkrun is a community, not a race.

Here is what you need to know if you want to join us this Saturday:
⭐️Zero speed required: Walkers are celebrated just as much as runners.
⭐️No one finishes last: Our friendly Tail Walkers always stay at the very back.
⭐️Go at your own pace: Listen to your body and enjoy the fresh air.
⭐️Bring your friends: Prams, dogs on short leads, and families are all welcome.
⭐️It is completely free: Just register online once and bring your barcode.
⭐️You do not need to be fit, fast, or fancy to participate. You just need to show up!
