SC Imbizo fought bravely but suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat against ADM FC. Despite the result, the team showed determination and commitment throughout the match.

Join us as we celebrate Youth Day and honour the bravery of the young heroes of 1976 who stood up against an unjust education system and fought for a better future for all South Africans.

This exciting event will bring together young people, families, football lovers, and community members for a day filled with sport, unity, talent, and inspiration.

On 16 June 2026, we gather not only to celebrate Youth Day but also to honour the courage, determination, and sacrifice of the young people of 1976 who stood against an unjust education system and fought for a better future.

This event is a reminder that today's youth have the power to shape tomorrow through education, sport, talent, leadership, and community involvement. Through sports activities, performances, and community engagement, we aim to inspire young people to dream bigger, stay focused, and become positive agents of change.

We invite parents, community members, local leaders, businesses, and youth from all walks of life to join us at Imbizo Sports Grounds from 09:00 to 17:00 for a day of unity, empowerment, and celebration.

The Giant Premier League returns this Sunday.
SC Imbizo will be looking to bounce back strongly when they face TPS FC at 09h40. A big response is expected from the boys as they continue fighting for points and pride in the GPL campaign.

Food and beverages will be available at the venue.
