Maintaining a desired body physique is challenging and requires consistent effort, but the difficulty varies based on individual goals, starting point, and lifestyle. While some may find it relatively easy with a consistent routine, others may struggle with motivation, dietary restrictions, or the time commitment involved.

Here is my body maintenance and transformation from 2020 - 2024......for this 2025 changes will never be the same. We going a bit bigger💪🔑🔗

Hi Champs 💪🏽
Apologies for being inconsistent at the gym 🏋️‍♂️ for the past period. A lot is happening.

For a change, we have decided to cut off the gym prices. Our monthly payment will now be R70. We hope this will accommodate most if not all gym staff.💥 please help spread the message 🙏 💪🏽
Morning sessions will Resume next week. For This week, will be opening from 4pm till 7pm for afternoon sessions!
