Looking forward to fairness and restoration and regaining confidence in South African karate judging through competence, integrity and impartiality.

Continuous education to create influx and flexibility through merit based appointments with High-end officiating to create fit and high quality teams.

Zero tolerance for bias, favouritism and nepotism.
Investigating all complaints.
Recommend disciplinary action for suspect judging.
Mentor young referees.
Develop succession planning.

Video review for all tournaments that is used for selections

If there is anyone who can achieve the above and more, it has to be this long time coming appointment. Congratulations Sensei Laeeq Llewellyn Rhoda - SA is really looking towards you to remove the barriers and improve quality. God Bless you in your new position.
