We are excited to launch and introduce you to the Leopards Exclusive Partners - a trusted group of businesses and practitioners bringing you quality services that have been personally vetted and approved by multiple members of the Leopards leadership 🤝🐆

We often get asked for recommendations on who you should go to for various running- and lifestyle-related needs, and this list serves as a database for you to quickly access and find exactly what you are looking for, without needing to doubt the quality and professionalism of these businesses and practitioners 🌟

Please head over to the 'Services' section on our website to see the full database and for contact details, website URLs, and social media links. Many of them also have exclusive offers for Leopards members to keep an eye out for 👀 when booking with any of them, state that you are a Leopards member and they will let you know if they are currently running any exclusive Leopards specials.

At The Beach Clinic, we believe in combining evidence-based exercise prescription with a compassionate, individualised approach to help people move well, recover well, and stay active. Tanya is an active member in the Trail Leopards community and is passionate helping fellow runners with her knowledge in Biokinetics. Janelle founded the practice in Hout Bay in 2015 and has been helping the local community for many years. Mark also brings years of experience as a Biokineticist, having previously worked in Johannesburg before moving to Hout Bay. Week 33: Back to the historic slopes of Chappies! 🐆⛰️

See you bright and early at South Yeaster Bakery for our weekly Bakery Run tomorrow morning for an out-and-back along Chapman's Peak Drive. Be sure to stick around for chats and our favourite coffee + croissant special 🥐

This Thursday we’re heading to the East Fort trails for a dose of coastal single-track and those signature Hout Bay views. Did you know that East Fort is home to the oldest operating gun battery in the world? Built in 1782, these cannons successfully defended the bay from a British warship in 1795.

The Logistics:
📍 Start: East Fort Parking (Chapman’s Peak Drive)
⏰ Time: 17:30 for a 17:45 sharp start
🔦 NB: Headlamps are 100% mandatory

We have three running pace groups (energetic, steady, comfortable) and one hiking group (relaxed) to ensure that there is a pace and a place for everyone 🫶 we welcome all fitness levels, so if you have been thinking about joining, take this as your sign to do so!

The sunset tones up Kloof Corner were something else last night! 🌅

We're adding a new route outside of HB every month for the rest of the year for us to explore new parts of the city and to make it easier for people in other suburbs to join us 🐆

NEW ROUTE UNLOCKED - KLOOF NEK | Thursday, July 9th

For the first time in our history, we’re heading to one of the most stunning contour paths our city has to offer - we'll be starting at Kloof Nek parking before heading up Kloof Corner, and doing different variations of the contour path towards Platteklip depending on your pace group 🐆⛰️

This is also the first time in 2 years that we have added a new Thursday route, so we hope you are as excited as we are! If you work town side and usually struggle to make it back in time, this is a perfect opportunity to join. If you have been following us for a while and stay that side, we would also love to see you there! 🐆

We’re feeling plenty of inspiration after seeing those insane course records fall at Western States - huge shoutout to Vincent Bouillard and Jenn Lichter for showing us what’s possible. The gees is high and we’re ready for a pearler of an evening on the mountain⚡

Leopards Origin Story 🐆

Find out about the origins of our community, as well as the challenges, gaps, and opportunities that lined up in early 2024 that lead to the creation of Leopards 🌱

What started out as a passion project has grown into a thriving, blossoming community and environment where people can connect, explore, and grow, set against the backdrop of some of the most beautiful floral kingdoms and mountain ranges in the world 🌸

Built on values of inclusivity, adventure, fun, movement, and mindfulness, Leopards is a space for people to express themselves freely through shared experiences 🫶

Thank you to everyone that has played such a valuable part in our journey so far, anyone that has ever joined us, and to our community leaders and guides - each one of you make up a fundamental strand of our DNA, and we are incredibly grateful for that 🐆

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CAME THROUGH FOR YOUTH DAY THIS MORNING 🫶🐆

We started the morning off at for a breezy run and hike up onto the Chapman's Peak trails and abandoned Manganese Mines, and were rewarded with stunning, crystal clear views over the bay, before flying back down to grab a to hydrated us for the beach clean up 🏖

We had 30 bags supplied by & , which a few dozen of us set out to fill - our way of giving back and coming together for a good cause 🙏

Thank you to the ~35 people who donated and supported through buying merch - proceeds will go towards supporting 's youth empowerment program - follow their page to find out more about it and see how you can support them 🌊

Well done to these legends of the Leopards community who took on and smashed the Table Mountain Beast last weekend 🏆

raced to victory in the 50km, doing it in style by smashing the course record by 20 minutes 🤯

and both grabbed podium spots in the 17km, with Jono claiming the W and Pete smashing a third place in the 17km 🤝

took 6th place in the 17km, and also had a strong day out there despite having to turn around to grab her race bib and start a few minutes after everyone else had taken off 🫡

You are all an inspiration to the rest of us 🫶

Footprints for the Future 👣🌊

This Youth Day, join us for a morning of movement, community and giving back 🙏

We'll be kicking things off with a choice of a 5km hike up to the Manganese Mines (an exciting part of Hout Bay's history), an easy 6km trail trot or an 8km trail run, before coming together for a community beach clean-up at Hout Bay Beach, powered by . If running or hiking isn't your thing, you're welcome to join us just for the clean-up, and grab a coffee down at

Tickets are a minimum R50 donation, with proceeds going to support Sentinel Ocean Alliance's youth programmes. A R100 donation willl also enter you into the prize giveaway, where you can stand a chance to win some awesome prizes that will leave you feeling like the most stylish and refreshed person on the trails 😎

Beach clean-up bags will be provided by Sealand. Feel free to bring gloves if you prefer.

Kids, dogs, friends and family are all welcome.

LLANDUDNO / SANDY BAY – THURSDAY 11 JUNE 2026 🐆

Winter vibes are officially here! Meet us at 17:30 for a 17:45 sharp start as we take on the coastal trails.

The forecast is looking like a misty 15°C pearler with some light showers expected, making for a moody, atmospheric run. We’ll be cruising along the Sandy Bay coastal path; keep an eye out for the BOS 400 shipwreck emerging through the mist 🌅

We’ll have our usual four pace groups heading out:
🚀 Energetic
🏃‍♂️ Steady
🐢 Comfy
🚶‍♀️ Relaxed (the hiking group)

SAFETY FIRST: Headlamps are NB! The mist and the early winter darkness mean visibility is key to a safe mission and no rolled ankles. Please also be mindful of residents and carpool where possible as parking is limited 🚗
