This week's Proud Moment is a little different. 💜

I'm obviously ridiculously excited that our little Playground is growing and that we've now added two new evening classes. 🎉
But the thing I'm really proud of is the community my clients have helped create.

New people walk through that door and they're welcomed with open arms. Nobody gets made to feel like “the new person”. There's encouragement, laughter, support and usually a fair amount of nonsense. 🤣
I might own the gym, but the people in it are what make it the Playground. 🌈

So this week's Proud Moment belongs to all of you.

Thank you for helping me build a little place where people can walk in feeling nervous... and very quickly feel like they belong. 🤗💜

The Playground just got a little bigger.
And I couldn't be prouder of the people already in it. 🥹🌈

More grip. More pulling. More climbing. More power. And judging by this picture, apparently considerably more arm muscles too. 🤣💪

Amelia has been an absolute pleasure to have in the gym. 💜 She’s helped me tidy up, happily mucked in whenever I’ve needed an extra pair of hands, and has thoroughly earned her title of Assistant Head Coach by instructing Mum and Nana on their stretching. 😂

And somehow, through all of this, she has never once gone full teenager on me. 🤣
Watching her confidence grow and seeing her take on that 6km trail run has made me incredibly proud. Keep going, Amelia. There’s so much more to come. 🏃‍♀️🌿💜
