We were excited to present a Tai Chi demonstration at a local community initiative this weekend, featuring Chen Style Tai Chi, a Fan Form, and a Sword Form, followed by an interactive session where a fantastic group of volunteers joined us to experience Tai Chi for themselves.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to watch, take part, and share such positive feedback. We look forward to seeing some of you at our classes soon! 😊🍃
