Founded by Hanru Sauls in Hermanus, South Africa, Innovate Fitness is a dynamic youth development academy committed to transforming the lives of young people in the Overstrand region. Born from a passion for sport and a heart for mentorship, the

academy offers structured fitness training sessions designed to engage youth through activities they enjoy—while nurturing mental, physical, and personal growth. Innovate Fitness provides a safe, supportive environment where teenagers are equipped with essential life skills, enabling them to overcome socio-economic challenges and develop into confident leaders and responsible citizens. Through holistic development—combining physical activity with mentorship and life coaching—participants gain discipline, resilience, and a winning mindset. The academy’s guiding principles are rooted in respect, faith, love, joy, celebration of others, and empowerment. These values are woven into every interaction, creating a positive, inclusive space where youth thrive and realize their full potential.
