This side-series flow targets the inner and outer thighs while challenging hip mobility, pelvic stability, core engagement, and overall muscle control. Slow, controlled movement is where the real work happens.

1️⃣Clam
2️⃣Lifted clam
3️⃣Lifted clam - point & flex
4️⃣Clam rainbow
5️⃣Straight upper leg lift
6️⃣Leg extension to shoulder
7️⃣Full straight leg lift - extend / frog
8️⃣Full side pike

8–10 reps each
Complete all on one side, then switch.
Repeat x3 rounds 🔥

It may look graceful… but your thighs will definitely have something to say 😅
