When you thought its going to be a long friday , something happens and evsrything changes , the weekend is here and you suddenly feel its going to be good , today i broke one of my small goals i have set for myself on the way to the bigger one , in the past 55 days a weightloss of 6.1kg i couldnt ask for a better spring day , the big guns is coming out now ... special thanks to from and every one there supporting , my family also backing me all the way ...

Well iys been a journey so far , ups and downs but here we are , stronger more motivated to keep going 4.5 kg down , cm ...

4.5 kg down , cm 's alot , feeling better more energized than ever , and now i am hungry for more , stepping it up , lets see what results is coming.

Update 1 , ek is nou al 2 weke by en het saterdag die eerste keer weer op my fiets geklim , wat n verrassing , defnitief al sterker , daar is nog baie werk wat voorle. As jy wil fiks en sterk raak die vetjies afskud kom join ons by saam met jy sal nie spyt wees nie.
