3. Progressive Overload: Gradly increase weight or resistance to challenge your muscles.

4. Consistency: Stick to your routine and make adjustments as needed.

AIM FOR A SLOW AND STEADY FAT LOSS (0.5-1 KG/WEEK) TO PRESERVE MUSCLE MASS.
