Finding purpose at work isn’t necessarily about doing work that makes the world a better place, it’s about doing work that gives you the opportunity make progress on or engage with things that give you meaning and energy.

Fortunately, there are some things you can do to move into a new industry with a head start, so you don't have to start all the way from the bottom again.

It's a super simple strategy that I always share with my clients, but now I'm spilling the beans, and sharing it with you.
