2nd Kasi Run this is 2026 we made it again with Fort Beaufort United Rugby Club. Thanks to everyone who supported this Run, people who came out in numbers to take part in Running and walking, our neighbouring club Alice Road Runners and Adelaide Runners and residents of KwaMaqoma, this year Kasi Run was mostly blessed with young people and teenagers, this tells that the future is bright, Running is still to grow in our community and Raymond Mhlaba Municipality area.

History will be made this year Comrades Marathon books when the son of the soil Gcobani Ningi one of our Top Runners will be the first ever (1st) runner of KwaMaqoma Athletics Club to run the Historical Marathon….. this coming weekend he will be running his preparation Run +-35km from Adelaide to KwaMaqoma……

KwaMaqoma Runners participated in Siphiwo Bukani Charity Run today, the Run had 50km, 21km and 10km…… our runners took part in all three distances….. Well done to our Runner.
KwaMaqoma also had a Waterpoint that served all the Runners at with water, coke and fruits.
