Madeleine's Pilates Madeleine offers group mat classes and private equipment training. Hi, i'm Madeleine. I am a certified Pilates instructor based in Fish Hoek, Cape Town.

I completed my certification in Foundation and Basic Mat and Equipment 9 years ago at Conscious Movement Education in Constantia. I offer fun, creative, Pilates Mat Classes and private equipment training at the Corner Health Centre in Fish Hoek. Classes are an hour in duration and groups are small to allow for individual attention. We make use of some fun accessories such as Ball, theraband, foam

roller, magic circle and hand weights. Men and Women of all ages and levels welcome. Additionally I offer Equipment training on the Reformer and Wunda Chair. Equipment sessions are available one-on-one or duet.
