I commenced my journey with Pilates as a result of seeking out alternatives to traditional high impact approaches to keeping fit and healthy. This 18 year journey started out from being a regular participant in Pilates groups primarily in the area of exercise focusing on matt work. Over time, this has culminated in me achieving my Pilates instructor qualification from B..A..S…I (BASI) Body Art and

Science International. As a BASI Pilates instructor, I am qualified in the following exercise areas….
