About Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis association: We request everyone to read it properly
1. The Register of Society; Chennai has not decided the right General Secretary and the President to run Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis Association. They have asked to get a court judgment to certify the right body to entry in the registration record as per the references letter dated: 12155/2/2015, dated: 18.03.2016.
2. The National Federation (Amateur Soft Tennis Federation of India) has also disaffiliated Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis Association on 31st March 2016. Hence no State Association can act when it’s not affiliated with its respective National Federation.
Therefore they are not eligible to conduct any tournament in the name of Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis Association.
3. We request the parents and players to check their Form II and Form I before counseling which is issued by M.Sembannan/Mr.Arjunan , because they are not registered as the members of Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis Association according to Amateur Soft Tennis Federation of India and Register of Society; Chennai, which will be invalid.
4. A court case is been put on Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis Association O.S.No.135 of 2016, which is on 24.06.2016. When a case is been running they have no rights to conduct any matches before the judgment and they are violating the rules of national justices.
5. We also request the parents and players to check the certificates of the present State Tournament, because when it’s not affiliated with Amateur Soft Tennis Federation of India the certificate is invalid.
6. We have asked SDAT regarding the name updated in their website according to Right to Information Act 2005, wherein necessary action will be taken on M.Sembannan and Mr.Arjunan.
They are misleading the parents and players by showing their names updated in the SDAT website which will be removed very soon and necessary action will be taken soon.
Many parents and players and respective district are not aware that Tamil Nadu Soft Tennis Association is disaffiliated by its National Federation on 31st March. We request you to be aware of the current status and raise your voices.
