Now already at the end of day 18 of my vegetarian meal plan.

I am surprised at how full I feel after each snack and meal. Never thought I would survive without eggs, dairy or meat... or coffee.

I also seem to have more energy and strength... and my inflammation in my shoulder seem to have disappeared 😲

I can easily adjust to this type of meal plan ❤️👍
