Today I gave a lesson to a wonderful lady named Deborah Roberts and the beautiful horse Shazam. Deborah is a beginner and has only been riding for the last 5 months. She had issues with feeling the horse under her and telling which leg was moving she also battles to keep in the saddle at sitting trot. Today we used the orange balls and air filled peanut under the seat and the orange balls under the arms. We worked on her upper body posture and over use of energy at trot. She noticed huge improvement in her posture and she felt her sitting bones for the first time.

Welcome to the Equilibre!! I firmly believe that you cannot expect your horse to be balanced if the rider is not. Even doing something like simple 20m circle will be difficult for a horse that is carrying himself incorrectly trying to compensate for a rider who sits wrong. Using the Franklin method balls and bands I will help you to feel your position and seat easier thus help you to correct your seat and feel the horse under you. I will train you to use the correct amount of energy when riding and teach you how to relax.
