Let’s be real about personal safety.

🚗💥 Road rage happens fast. But you can defuse it faster.
Here’s a simple 3-step guide to protect your peace (and safety) on the road 👇

1️⃣ STAY CALM
Don’t retaliate - no hooting or glaring back. Provocation feeds the fire. Breathe, grip the wheel lightly, and remind yourself: their anger isn’t your command.

2️⃣ USE NON-THREATENING BODY LANGUAGE
Avoid shaking your head, staring them down, or pointing. Instead:
👉 Keep hands visible on the wheel
👉 Nod once gently (acknowledge, don’t challenge)
👉 Relax your shoulders and show you’re not a threat

3️⃣ DISENGAGE ASAP
Let them “win.” Seriously.
✔️ Change lanes if safe
✔️ Turn off and leave at the best available opportunity
✔️ Don’t follow or pull over with them
Your ego isn’t worth an accident, or worse.

Bottom line: You can’t control their temper - but you can control your reaction. Drive like you want to get home. 🙏

Remember: self defense is a last resort, and you want to avoid a fight! But if you do have to defend yourself, make sure you've had some training so you can better protect yourself and your loved ones.
