We did it!
Our para team crossed the Old Mutual Wealth Double Century inish line with a finish time of 9:07:55, proudly placing 43rd out of 57 mixed teams - and most importantly, all 12 riders finished together, earning our double medals with pride.
This wasn’t just a ride. It was a moment of history - South Africa’s first mixed para cycling team completing the DC side-by-side. A team powered equally by determination, disability inclusion, and the unwavering support of our community.

This is what inclusive sport looks like.
