31 super speedy swimmers from Buffalo City Aquatics are about to splash their way into Oudtshoorn for the SA Level 2 Regional Age Group Championships from the 6th to 8th of March 2026 holding their breath for a win.

Let's cheer them on by flooding the comments with support for the whole gang and your favorite speedy swimmer or two.

Deaflympics 2025 are done and dusted. We are proud of the South African team and even prouder of Mark Roach.

Well Done on the following results:

50m Freestyle: 10th in the heats and 12th in the semifinals in af field of 66 swimmers

100m Freestyle: 5th in the heats, 9th in the semifinals and 7th PLACE IN THE FINALS in a field of 63 swimmers.

200 Freestyle 11 place in the heats with 38 swimmers in the field.

Buffalo City Aquatics are really proud to call you one of our own.

Yesterday was a good day in Tokyo for our BCA swimmer, Mark Roach. 9th place overall in the 100m Freestyle semifinals and first reserve for the finals.

No gala in Buffalo City this weekend. Dont forget to watch the Deaflympics from Tokyo. Thought I would post an unofficial swimming rule. Give us some more in comments.
