Meet Laura — a full-time working mom of two, who decided to put herself back on the priority list. 💪

She started strength training twice a week and joined my 5-Day Eat Clean Challenge and learned how to live a healthy active lifestyle. She followed my process by combing exercising, nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits💪

Not only did she reach her goal weight, but she’s back doing something she loves — running! 🏃‍♀️❤️

Invite your kids on a walk, hike, bike ride, say “yes” to nutritious foods, strength train and include them when you exercise.

Give your kids a vivid vision of what strength, commitment, discipline and fitness looks like.

🔥SINDISWA’S POSTPARTUM TRANSFORMATION🔥

Wow didn’t realise how lean I am looking. The journey has been really tough and seeing these pics really is what I needed to keep me going, thank you soo much.

My Wins:
- I am definitely sliming down I have seen a lot of changes in my clothes.
- I am on track with my eating
- I’m eating very healthy and light meals.
- I started a no meat and dairy week was quite fun and made me feel very light
- My big win was the increase in energy
- I enjoy the recipes from the meal plan
- My water intake has improved a lot, I am still struggling with my water in take so that is something I need to really work on.
- I am enjoying the exercises they have kept me so consistent and Dorian has kept me so accountable throughout my journey

Thank you for pushing me, it’s really been a life changing 3 months and I will keep pushing through!

I’m so inspired by , her hard work, determination and discipline has definitely paid off big time.

Thania’s main goal was to get leaner, fitter and stronger, post partnum. Once she achieved her goals, her next goal was to get back into her passion for long distance trail running racing.

She is now officially a trail runner, running races in amazing locations across Europe and doing what she loved to do once again💪

Well done!!! Your conquered your goals and manifested your Dreams too, your journey is so inspiring😍

🔥BRONWYN’S TRANSFORMATION 🔥

15 months ago I had my second baby. Because I love moving I exercised throughout my pregnancy and was able to start again after the six week c-section recovery. Even though I was working out multiple times a week, I eventually stopped seeing progress. Broken sleep at night caused me to have a serious afternoon slump and I ended up snacking a lot, which made me feel that the physical work I was doing was a waste; but I kept going because it was good for my mental health.

I think the tough thing for me was the fact that I was able to get fit quickly after my first baby but I also have to remember that it was lockdown, that I didn’t go back to work after three months and that my capacity was different. I was determined to feel good again. I won’t lie, part of me believed that my body wouldn’t respond no matter what I did and that my autoimmune illness would mean that I lived in constant pain, preventing me from being fit and strong again.

I decided to start training with Dorian to keep me motivated and accountable. It was exactly what I needed as he met me where I was at and gradually began pushing me. He has a good balance, being both gentle and motivating; it’s been great to train with someone who truly understands how parenting affects our lives.

My goal is to rest more so that I don’t feel tempted to snack as often but I am really proud that I’ve moved to choosing whole foods for majority of my meals and that I’m learning to be disciplined when snacking.

I’m mindful of the fact that health and fitness is a journey, not a destination and I’m encouraged to keep going to be healthy and have lots of energy for myself and my family.
