We have a class for everyone—from Mat Pilates and Yoga to Prenatal Yoga, with both group and private sessions available.

Our goal is to help you move well, feel your best, and build a sustainable wellness routine in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our mixed-level classes are designed to meet you where you are. Ladies and gents are all welcome.

🚨 New Team Member Alert! 🚨

After much debate, we've decided that our time is better spent teaching yoga and Pilates than wrestling dust bunnies and chasing tumbleweeds across the studio floor. 🧘‍♀️✨

So, we've welcomed our newest staff member to the team! 🧹🤖

She's hardworking, never complains, and is currently in training... but she's still finding her feet and needs a name!

Help us bring cleaning into the 21st century. Drop your suggestions below! If we choose your name, there may just be a little studio surprise waiting for you. 😉

Thank you to India in South Africa (High Commission of India, Pretoria) for opportunity to lead the seed mantras and sound experience introduction for the event.

Our village showed up and we extremely proud and grateful to everyone that came to brave the cold, visited our stand and had a laugh with us.

Our Mala beads was a big 🎯
