Thank you Rachel Kolisi for sharing your experience and opening up this conversation.

Some people find it helpful to say “I have depression” as a reminder that a diagnosis doesn’t describe everything about them. Everyone deserves space to use the words that feel right for their experience.

Treatment can help, and exercise can support symptom management alongside appropriate care.

The response? “Thank you so much, Tom.”

That’s the name given to him in the conversation, purely for fun.

Rachel Kolisi does not pretend that consistency means perfection.

Her workout time from 8 to 9, Monday to Friday, remains non-negotiable. Sleep, water and supplements stay consistent.

Nutrition can become less consistent when she is going through a difficult period. Keeping a few personal anchors in place helps everything else feel less messy.

The message is simple: protect the habits you can when life does not go according to plan.
