Another 5 Generals of the SAPS suspended today and then Ian Cameron releasing more information on the defunct fi****ms registry.

The Enhanced Fi****ms Registration System is a myth. They can manipulate dealer stock lists at ANY DFO terminal in the country.

They have done it. Our branch Marksman Arms is living proof and we are not the only one.

This means, like in our case, a corrupt SAPS official with an ego and a moustache can add or remove fi****ms without a care in the world.

The only enhancing factor of this system is that it enhances corruption and provides SAPS with a tool to manipulate evidence in crimes.

That is the point right there.

It is not easy being the one facing this but we do it.

Someone asked one of our Directors today:

"What are you guys supposedly doing for the industry?"

Well Sir, we are fighting for gun rights, we are fighting against abuse of power and we are fighting against the corruption that has delayed multiple imports of our fi****ms brands and which you Sir will want to benefit from as an avid sport shooter.

Stand up and be counted, you don't have to support us, there are another 8 dealers just in the last two weeks who have court cases for various violations, go support them but just do something to support the industry.

They cannot disarm all citizens, stop feeding the sensationalism, however they can choke the supply chain. THAT is the Modus Operandi.

We continue to develop our Take 6 payment platform which has also been approached for a US move for a specific industry. We will close that deal and we will then bring another cracker announcement in 2026.

We have just teamed up with Custom Nation in a big way, with our ability to skip every middle man company like Easy Exports because we have our own export licences. 9 months of investment and time to cut the costs by 15-25% already for imports into South Africa for customers.

We also eliminated waiting time. We cannot do anything about SAPS except continue to submit more import permits which we now do weekly on a Wednesday. Over the next 2 months we should be at a point where we can have US orders being able to arrive in South Africa within 14 days depending on flights schedules.

12-18 months cut down to 14 days and 15-25% cheaper.

The Great Fi****ms Training Scam

In the same example of gutter journalists one Adri Nel and her husband Dawie Nel again sprouted unsubstantiated lies in an effort to deflect attention away from the actual reason they needed to silence us.

In the link below is another systematic breakdown of the largest fi****ms training scam since Karen Webb 3 years ago.

This is not a response to their smear campaign, their smear campaign was an effort to try cover up their scam that we discovered a week after takeover. In fact 3 weeks after takeover we called for a meeting, 21 October 2025.

We have been in contact with PFTC (Professional Fi****ms Training Council) since January 2026 asking for assistance,. We have received absolutely zero support for 500+ cases of proficiencies where the practical shoot was not performed. The targets were either poked with a pen or shot with some other device but certainly no firearm was used.

In some cases there are targets that are signed by Dawie Nel and the student but remain blank.

What is more shocking is that although Dawie Nel was the only person qualified during their time as owners to perform the task of invigilating, marking, uploading to the PFTC LMS system and overseeing the practical shoot, he never did any of these tasks. He merely added his signature when required. All these duties were performed by Koos De Beer who is unqualified, unregistered and unaccredited to perform these duties.

Where the 500+ cases are different from Karen Webb, is that the students HAD to be complicit. In the manuals it is clear you are required to do a practical shoot. Therefore they are complicit in this unlawful behaviour.

However, as we only have the last 5 years to still sift through, the revelation has put a further 3000+ questionable proficiency certificates on the streets. Anyone trained by Marksman Arms before 15 September 2025 is at risk.

We have further uncovered multiple cases of double selling of fi****ms which is only rearing it's head now as fi****ms licences applied for prior to our take over are being approved or denied because fi****ms were moved to places like Dyanamic Arms in Pretoria or to unregistered gun smiths like Mr Black.

We tried our level best to protect clients, to try work with the "regulators" but got no where.

Although it is our opinion that the PFTC should remain as the standard bearers for fi****ms training in South Africa, we only support this if they begin putting in place substantial measures to stop fraud and corruption. There are serious flaws in this industry and one of their main arguments against SASSETA taking over was because it would open fi****ms training to abuse and corruption? 🤯 Pot. Kettle.

This post and the next are our response to the shameless, dishonest smear campaign orchestrated by gutter journalists and filled with lies, zero facts, zero evidence and is the worst example of "investigative journalism" in history.

In April 2026 our lawyers served Eduard and Martha Groenewald with a summons, this providing them the perfect opportunity to present the facts, prove their story and prove everything they chose to spout in the media.

They did not arrive. This is not a surprise, in the links below we systematically breakdown their fraud, their theft, their lies and their ridiculous attempt to deflect attention away from their appalling behaviour.

We have once again given them another opportunity because we want them in court, we want them to stand there opposite us and present their case and have once again sent the sheriff to serve them the summons.

Over the next two weeks we are once again facing up to SAPS without fear or favour as we look to hold those accountable who remain committed to promoting corruption, injustice and the abuse of power.

On 30 March 2026 our staff were subjected to 20 armed SAPS members storming our Marksman Arms store in Pretoria with nothing more than a compromised dealer stock list which had been manipulated to reflect fi****ms on our stores name that they knew we would not be able to present for their "inspection".

Through all their cowardly bravado the only thing they managed to achieve was show how unintelligent their "intelligence" unit was. They had added 6 fi****ms that Marksman Arms had sold 3-6 years prior (depending on which firearm) and these were shown to them in our fi****ms registers which highlighted the name, ID Number, serial number, address and date signed out to their rightful owners.

Instead of quietly walking out with their tails between their legs, they decided to steal our safe keys and fi****ms registers. So the evidence we had to prove their diabolical corruption was suddenly removed, by force, by Colonel Fourie and Captain Scheepers.

For 54 days we have not been able to trade through that store, we have imports waiting at OR Tambo that cannot be released too.

Included in this abuse of power, is the deliberate corruption of our import permits where in our earlier case they had warranted to the court that they had completed this task. Unfortunately for them, we exposed their sabotage where no less than 4 / 6 import permits had incorrect serial numbers, impossible expiration dates and wrong company names.

Fast forward till today, we have completed our urgent application, using our previously obtained judgement against these inept people and file on Monday to not only hold SAPS responsible but are including these corrupt individuals BY NAME. They are the small percentage that destroys the reputation of SAPS.

We are filing an additional application for damages amounting to multiple millions of Rands of which we will be donating the majority of this to a new legal fund to be used for the benefit of other dealers who have experienced the same abuse and cannot afford to fight them.

This SAPS fight is crucial, ask yourself the question:

Is it easier to attack the individual gun owners or to attack the source of guns and ammunition to strangle the supply chain?

Like we did in January 2026, we fight for the whole industry. We do so on our own, we ask for no donations, we ask for no subscriptions, we ask for no membership fees. We do it because many either do not have the resources or are part of the corruption and would rather protect their monopoly.

We are very aware of the smear campaign conducted by two ex-owners of Marksman Arms and The Gun Safe in Sasolburg. We will be making a statement shortly.

The time for fighting is now. Stand up and be counted.
