Do you believe your winter training was on point? Come test your fitness on Sunday 30 August. The 2nd test is 29 November. There are 10 body weight exercises and with 10 cardio exercises each for 1 minute. It’s a test of strength and endurance. Your scores will be recorded and measured against your ‘spring training ‘. Venue: All My Sports Recovery, Rehabilitation and Wellness Centre - Unit 3, 414 Voortrekker Road Maitland . Cost is R200 per person. It’s an open invitation to all sportsmen and women.
