This is Training Ride 7, the first stop at Muizenberg beach. Many surfers out in the water at Surfer's Corner.

A bit of a cloudy day but it was getting warmer.

Retreat down the main road, Muizenberg, Fish Hoek, Glencairn, up Black Hill, down into Sun Valley, up Ou Kaap se Weg, down into Westlake Tokai, Main Road, back to Retreat.
