Every 6 weeks we go away and challenge ourselves.

This weekend we went to the Cederberg where they had different goal distances they wanted to achieve with strict time cut offs.

We slept under the stars, started running in 4 degrees and ended in 30 degrees.

So proud of everyone for stepping up to the plate, resulting in some amazing achievements!!!

3- 10 km PB
16 -half marathon PB
3- 35 km PB
4- Marathon PB
7- 50 km ( 5 xPB)

Congratulations to Dan who is Mindset Movements MVP for April.

It has been very inspiring to watch his transformation both physically and mentally since we started this movement, His first words to me where “I hate running I will never run” he has since gone on to do a 50 km in our 24 hour challenge and this month has put in many 10-12 km training runs.

He puts in the effort and the results are showing but what we are most proud of is his effort to show up to sessions even when he is injured, doing his rehab or what ever he can at 5 am while everyone runs. That is what we about , no excuses!
