We ended our 1st week of school holidays studying from the book of proverbs. Our focus was on surrounding ourselves with people that can hold us accountable. We continue the build to our 24-hours row at the end of the month.

We recently concluded L327 for the season. It has been an amazing year in our new home CrossFit Masiphumelele So much has changed, while also staying the same. The gospel has been proclaimed, people in our community have been helped, and we have been blessed in so many ways.
