Postpartum Strength Rebuild🔥
I didn’t think 4 weeks would look like this.
No filters. No waist trainer. No “bounce back” in 14 days.
Just sleep deprivation, hormone crashes, and showing up anyway.
4 weeks of learning my new body instead of hating it.
4 weeks of rebuilding, not restricting.
4 weeks of remembering I’m still a baddie. I just had a baby.
