🔥 CROSSFIT BEGINNERS COURSE! 🔥
STARTS MONDAY 9TH OF FEBRUARY!!!
Have you always wanted to try CrossFit but never known where to start? Here’s your chance!
Introducing our Beginners Course — a 1-week program designed to guide you through the fundamentals of CrossFit. Our experienced coaches will teach you essential movements and terminology while also getting to know you, your exercise history, and your health and fitness goals.
The course includes three 1-hour sessions across the week. After completing the course, you’ll receive 1 week of unlimited access to our regular class timetable, allowing you to connect with our members and put your new skills into practice. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
👉 The beginners course is FREE and limited to 8 people.
👉 Sessions run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:30 pm.
