Who is Reggie?

I’m a qualified personal trainer and Junior trainer mentor for Virgin Active and also outdoor trainer for sport specific athletes,individuals who requires a different scene.

I’ve always believed that the mind instructs the body so whatever you believe is definitely doable,but everything or anything that’s worthwhile comes with a price tag .That price tag is working hard,determination,dedication followed with a lifetime of consistency and that is a mindset that God had blessed me with from a young boy in school who was always involved in athletics and various sport because challenging myself was my way of teaching myself that you can master whatever you put your mind to all you have to do is put action to it and don’t be afraid to fail and stand up and try again as failing is part of growing.

Later I realised that there is more science to physical development and new studies to assist better development and that’s where I realised I have a calling because training and improving was all I could think of so I decided to do my personal training qualifications and the rest is history.

I’ve worked with many clients from Elite athletes to amateur,from event structurised training to weight loss or weight gaining,from kids mobility grooming to your normal day to day person who decided to make better life choices and all this because I believe in research and the science of physiology that improves daily.

It’s always been my passion to work with and help people to be their better and that had always been natural to me so my profession has always been written in the stars I believe.

We only have one body and that body needs to be taken care of,we all have different daily challenges that strains our bodies too and the best way to fight against all these challenges is exercise and the correct nutrition choices,it’s a one step at a time thing no need to rush as long as we start.

I am Reggie the trainer I’ve done it before to many and I can get you there too🫡

Why MWOG House of Nations Stepper class?

Cherise Foster and Reggie both has a love for fitness and are both very passionate about giving back to the community where both of them were raised for a big portion of their lives Reiger Park Community Forum ®️. Reggie introduced a no nonsense approach to full body workouts that goes hand in hand with our goals at the stepper class. He was the upgrade that we all needed and he has a great love for pushing the team to reach greater heights with each workout. Reggie has not only provided our team with a new outlook on fitness and equiped us with the necessary tools to reach our goals everytime but he has exposed our team to other amazing fitness coaches where we had the opportunity to give back to the same community they were raised🙏

His amazing work ethic will never go unnoticed and we are so honoured to have him as one of our personal coaches❤️🙏
