My name is Senzo Shongwe, and I am writing this letter to kindly request your assistance with sponsorship towards purchasing playing clothing for our hub teams, which include U11, U13, U15, and U19 boys, as well as U13 and U19 girls.
The purpose of this sponsorship is to raise funds and provide proper playing attire for our teams as we prepare for the Winter League next year. Having quality playing clothing will not only improve the image and professionalism of our hub but will also motivate our players, boost their confidence, and encourage them to continue developing their cricket skills.
Please find the attached quotation for your consideration. We are also open to negotiating the prices with the supplier to make this opportunity more affordable and achievable.
I kindly request that you share this sponsorship proposal with your company or any potential sponsors who may have an interest in supporting youth cricket development and giving young players an opportunity to grow.
Your assistance and support would be highly appreciated, and it would make a meaningful difference in the lives of our players and the future of our hub.
Any amount of donation will make a meaningful difference towards supporting our players. Contributions can be R1,000, R2,000, or any amount that you are able to assist with. The donation can be paid directly into the supplier’s account to ensure transparency and that the funds are used specifically for purchasing the required playing clothing and equipment.
