We could not be more proud of our 22 athletes that competed in the ADCC SA Open this past weekend.

From that we’re walking away with a few medals - 4 Gold 🥇, 5 Silver🥈, and 2 Bronze 🥉

- No, there is no need to fill in any forms. Just invite your friends!

🪩 ARE WE DANCING?
- The music will be good, so possibly. BUT please note that this is a GRAPPLING event.

🪩 DO I NEED TO DRESS UP?
- The Open Mat is Disco/70s-themed so please wear your most disco-coded grappling outfit for the ‘gees’, but dressing up is not mandatory.
