What I saw yesterday proves Phindi M’s leadership is on another level. Cape Town aerobics, it’s time we open our eyes about the teams we support from outside the city.

She came all the way from Johannesburg to attend the VHWC Event, not even to teach. That alone deserves our support as Cape Town aerobics lovers.

I don’t care who says what: that lady is a true leader, and she shows it.
