Just a reminder that we will be having an open day at La Mercy lagoon tomorrow morning, so if you are keen to try out some Stand up paddle Pilates on different size boards plz join the TashB Team
and our guest Samantha Wood all the way from Venice Beach California!!
Cost: R80 (includes hiring of sup board)
Time: 7-10:30 am
This is open to anyone who is keen to try or join us for a morning of fun in the sun!
Your class fee will be donated towards the purchase of Ballito life savings clubs new jet ski!
This is a specialised jet ski that is being used for all aquatic rescues between umdloti and tugela, as well as to train the Ballito surf Lifesaving trainees!

Pack a snack, water, sunblock and a smile !!!

TashB Pilates will welcoming summer with a bang! We’ll be at La Mercy Lagoon, on Wednesday 6th November, from 7am to 10am for Stand Up Paddle Boarding!!
We will be running classes at 8am and 9am and all are welcome to join us for a morning of fun and pilates on a Stand up paddle board!
Cost is R80 per person, and all proceeds will be donated to the Ballito Lifesavers club, for their new jetski!
We have a special visitor from the USA, Sam Wood, a renowned BASI Pilates instructor, who is visiting Ballito to experience pilates on the SUP!!
