Is it really possible for one person, Chippa, to have so much power over the Eastern Cape Region and the Buffalo City Metro. He is a tax and rate payer like everyone else and should be treated like everyone else because the money we use RSA is all the same .
I bet the biggest company in Buffalo City, Mercedes Benz has not got that power, so how come Chippa can lock people out of club even after been showed the Buffalo City lease agreement that ends on the 30th June 2025.
He must have some high power friends to be so above the law of the land .
It is so sad to see a club that's been on that piece of land for 118 years , the second oldest Bowling Club in the Eastern Cape and in the top 10 oldest Bowling Clubs in South Africa.
Nobody has hassled them in 118 years and till now.
They pay there rates and taxes on time, have made improvements to the club inside and outside and it boils down to one person that has all the power over the Eastern Cape and more so over the Buffalo City Metro.
Please who can we turn to for help nobody but only the lawyers but Chippa appears to think they are above the law.
