Yazi as a coach players zakho shouldn't be afraid of you to a point where they can't speak to you because "umqe uyathuka, umqe uyanquma" na that's not how it should be 🤞. Your players should see you as their father, someone who they can talk to about anything that's bothering them 🙏 you should be their safe space because ezinye players come from broken homes and egroundini is the only place where they feel loved and appreciated 🙏. You should always make sure ukuthi your players are happy when they're on the ground noba kusejimini noba kusegamin. They should always look forward to training/match day. Happy players will give you the best results 🙏. Also when you coach young footballers, try to create leaders 🙏. Susa la mentality zinayo yoba ileader ye team yi captain qha, na show them uba a player doesn't have to wear an armband to be a leader ebaleni. All 11 players on the field should be leaders 🙏. Don't talk alone during the half time break, give them 5 minutes bathethe nabo and make them come up with solutions, by doing that uyabafundisa to be problem solvers, to see things ebaleni without you showing them. Lastly love your players man 🙏 you can't coach them if you don't love them ♥️
