After a little delay with our manufacturer due to stock issues, our first samples are now officially on their way!

Once they arrive, I’ll be checking over the quality, fit, fabric, and design details to make sure everything is exactly how it should be before opening these pieces up for pre-order.

This set has been in the works for a while, and I’m so excited to finally be one step closer to sharing it with you.

Feeling so grateful to be welcomed into the Bizlink Flames community ❤️

A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege of coming down to capture some photos of the team at training, and honestly, it was such a special experience.
The energy, encouragement, inclusion and team spirit in this group is something really beautiful to see.

Thank you so much to the Bizlink Flames Basketball Team for the kind words and for letting Sol & Spike be a small part of what you do.

🏐 Research Study – Volleyball Athletes

Researchers from The University of Queensland are seeking volleyball athletes to take part in a study exploring return-to-sport decision making for patellar tendinopathy.

If you’re currently competing in volleyball and have experienced patellar tendon pain, you may be eligible.

This is an opportunity to contribute to research that may help shape how injuries are managed in sport.
