Stash — started from zero… and this Saturday, makes his MMA debut at Combat Night MMA.
Caleb — started from zero, stepped into the cage, gained real experience.

Both putting in the work.

Today’s session: conditioning, light to mid-level sparring rounds — jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, and MMA… sharpening timing, control, and real fight awareness.

Fight week isn’t about going crazy — it’s about staying sharp, staying focused, and being ready.

All the technical work, pad work, and preparation now comes together…
This is where you stay calm, think clearly, and perform under pressure.
