Hey peeps! So....with Halloween officially under our belts, we officially embark on the most difficult time of the year... "The Holidays"
Whatever you celebrate, there is a lot going on during this time of year and a lot of it involves food. What if you started a workout/nutrition program now, that carried you through the holidays, so that you don't have to start over on January 1st?
You mean, I can enjoy my holidays and not gain an extra 10lbs every November/December? Yup. It is totally possible. Even better? It is fun! Because we do it together.
Here's how it works...
- Between today and Thanksgiving, you work with me one-on-one to find a program that is right for you. We do test workouts, try out meal plans and recipes, and get you set up with the right equipment.
- Then, the Sunday/Monday (depending on your program) after Thanksgiving (11/25-26), we hit the ground running with your program of choice.
- We kill it together for ONE MONTH
- Then we take one week of chill yoga to reward ourselves for our hard work (12/23-12/29). Still sticking to our meal plans of course ;-) (Don't worry, you will still get to enjoy your favorite holiday dishes and even desserts!)
- We start again on 12/30 and we are already ahead of all of the "New Year's Resolution-ers"! You can continue your program or start a new one.
