Maybe you get really lucky, and I say something that sounds real gay or I get emotional and cry or some other things you'd find amusing. I almost never know what is going to happen. Why I Combine Prayer and Meditation

"That to say, for me, prayer and meditation had to come together. And I learned so much about myself. And it was funny seeing activities that were sort of anomalous in the charismatic Pentecostal church, seeing these show up with meditators who are seeking enlightenment, seeking to, you know, well, seeking enlightenment. But Christ wouldn't leave me alone, the Spirit wouldn't leave me alone, and continuing to experience the Trinity as a personal reality. And so that's why, for me, prayer and meditation are very difficult to take apart from each other. Not difficult as much as, I like them better together. How's that? I can separate them. There are times when I simply close my eyes, and I go into different states of consciousness. And there are times when I'm simply doing breath work to soothe myself, calm myself, heal myself in some way. But there is an element of prayerfulness in my life that is present most of the time that has been very, very powerful in my life."

When I first started learning how to meditate, one of the teachers that I followed was not into prayer, and I had been going through my own religious crisis as a former pastor and Bible teacher, and that was fine with me. I was... frustrated with God. I felt like I didn't have the whole story. And even though I had relatively tons of education and time studying the New Testament, even in the original languages, access to all this stuff, still felt like there was so much I was missing about our life here on earth and who God really was and who we really were. And so this teacher not being into prayer was working for me. But over time, as my heart and mind and just as I began to heal and be restored, what I found was... my relationship with God was already so well established that I couldn't deny it anymore. I couldn't keep God away.

I just heard someone put something into words that I haven’t been able to put into words for a long time. About UFOs!

It’s not a government project that’s being hidden. It is an aspect of reality that is being hidden.

That’s what I’ve been trying to say to people for so long!

They are lying to you about what BEING is. It’s not just about religion. It’s about the fundamental nature of what we are. It’s a secret because if you knew, then almost everything about YOU would be different TOO YOU!

I think this is where I’ve had a disconnect talking to people about this. They assume the conspiracy is a topic or concept that is different than they imagine it is and that they will be surprised. That is not the issue issue and the government knows that.

The subject that is fundamentally different than you think is YOU. When you really and fully come into contact with that, it can absolutely turn you upside down. If you are particularly emotionally connected to your religion, as I was and am, it may also force you to go through extended periods of mourning as you sort through how it’s all connected. And it absolutely is all connected.
