It’s not always fun but when you have goals, never reaching them is even less fun. You pick! 🙌🏼💗

PS: My lunch is a can of tuna with 1 serving of guac & 1 serving of sour cream with a serving of pretzels dipped in.

💃🏻Down 10 more pounds since March & feeling amazing! About 10 more pounds to my pre baby weight goal.

🤱🏻Still breastfeeding once at night as we near the 2 year postpartum mark although we are getting closer to weaning each evening. 🥺 Exciting but also bittersweet after having back to back babies/years of breastfeeding, but I am looking forward to these hormones leveling out even more and feeling more like myself.

Finding yourself again in motherhood after getting through years of the baby phase is a wild ride!!!🥹🙏🏼

When clients set goals during the holidays we always make sure we’re realistic. We want to enjoy the festivities that only come once a year & we understand that there’s going to be some unpredictability. We focus on all things in moderation & getting right back on track after a day that may not have been planned/included alcohol or treats/excess cals/etc.
was extremely happy after hopping on the scale at the close of this holiday season because we implemented a strategic plan with enough flexibility that allowed her to enjoy herself while still making progress & not backsliding through the holidays!! This little “Hey There Pumpkin” shirt hasn’t fit in many-a-halloweens!!! 🫣🎃💛
😮‍💨The nap breaks I’ve spent in here when I wanted to sit my buns on the couch & the tempting snacks I said no to have added up & I am sooo proud. Being home with 3 little ones all day, food constantly around it is quite the challenge some days not to snack along with them & skip meals instead. One good choice can have a snowball effect— just gotta stick with it! If I can do it, you can too!

The clocks are changing this weekend… the cold is coming 😏 & all my peeps have been messaging me asking for a Step Challenge for November! So here we go!! 👀

🗣️MOVEmber Step Challenge will kick off Saturday November 1st! 🥇 $50 goes to the person with the most steps, but the motivation alone from having to post a pic of your watch showing your daily steps is just the kick in the ass you and I need to move a little more before the winter hits. 🤭💃🏻🔥

A step tracking watch & $20 via Venmo to enter is all it takes. 👉🏼Invite a friend, motivate one another by meeting up for a walk-n-talk or just link apple watches and compete with one another like me and my girls do! 🤪
